I finally got around to adding mouse and keyboard controls!

A list of some general updates:
- Mouse and Keyboard controls, swaps out controls icons depending on players primary input

- Bug fixes: auto highlight selection when picking an upgrade, removed player collision with thrown objects fixing stuck in wall bug
